Zach and his crew were wonderful to work with and we highly recommend them! Our AC died on July 3rd so it was a very hot weekend, but Zach came out early Monday morning to get us an estimate and installation was finished less than 24 hours later. So thankful we reached out to them based on others' reviews - great company.
ZC Willis Heating and Cooling went above and beyond! I called them because my house was not cooling properly, and Zach—the owner—responded immediately. He and his team came out right away and diagnosed the problem. The work was top-notch, and they made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. It's rare to find a company this reliable and responsive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service!
Zach is very knowledgeable and professional. I got an appointment very quickly and am very pleased with his service. Much more reasonable than other local companies. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

That’s funny. You knew exactly who it was when I posted the original review because you called, texted and harassed for it to be taken down. Yet your phone didn’t work to respond when our new install wouldn’t come on and it was 90 degrees outside. I get it, you’re a small business and you don’t want your reputation ruined.
