Zach is very knowledgeable and professional. I got an appointment very quickly and am very pleased with his service. Much more reasonable than other local companies. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I was looking around for recommendations for an HVAC company to check out my furnace after it stopped working. After doing some Googling, a little research, and seeing suggestions from my local Facebook group, I decided to go with ZC Willis Heating & Cooling. I gave them a call, they listened to my problems, came out later that same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part, and got my furnace up and running. That’s funny. You knew exactly who it was when I posted the original review because you called, texted and harassed for it to be taken down. Yet your phone didn’t work to respond when our new install wouldn’t come on and it was 90 degrees outside. I get it, you’re a small business and you don’t want your reputation ruined. But how about being a decent person and follow through for the customers that pay a lot of money to you. I highly recommend ZC Willis Heating & Cooling. He and his team respond quickly and provide outstanding service. When my furnace went out on Christmas Eve a couple years ago, Zach sent his technicians out as soon as he could to check out the situation. I needed a new furnace and they got it hooked up and running as quickly as he could. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Prompt courteous reliable reasonable. I recommend him anytime I see Heating and air conditioning needs.
