I've been a customer of Zbylut Motor Works for more than 10 years to care for my Mini and later, the "previously owned" BMW I bought from the company, and I later brought my wife into the fold for maintenance of her Volvo. This is the best European auto shop in the Connecticut Valley, in my opinion, and Luke and Jake are first-rate mechanics and managers. You can find cheaper spots, but if that's what I cared about I'd have bought a Yugo! Safety and auto protection are first and foremost for ZMW, and they never make excuses ... read more
I really appreciate the high level of professionalism I always find at Zbylut. They are very thoughtful and thorough and genuinely enjoy a challenge. As a Jaguar owner I know they appreciate the eccentricities of British autos.
This is a first class shop to have your German car repaired. Luke, the owner, is an enthusiast and genuinely interested in doing quality work. As a mechanic, I was impressed with the attention to detail and the organization of the shop. I brought my Boxster to have an alignment after suspension work and it drives much better! Do not hesitate to have them work on your car.
The best, most thorough, and most informative mechanic shop I have ever experienced. Real solid folks, very kind and helpful.
