Truly one of the best wax experiences I have ever had. Katie was absolute magic- I thought it was a joke when other reviews said it was “painless” but it genuinely was somehow!? She is so sweet and kind and I will gladly drive from Toronto, where I live, to hamilton just to see her!

Great Wax! Such attention to detail. I've never had someone actually look over and tweezer all over. The Brazilian was not painful at all, Katie does an amazing job! 10/10 highly recommend ZBOX WAX

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Katie! She was very professional yet chatty and makes you feel completely comfortable during the entire process! I have been to numerous places for waxes and no one has ever been so thorough and painless! I will absolutely be returning and I highly recommend her!

Katie is awesome at what she does! I have been to other places and was left with sporadic hairs here and there, well not with Katie! She's so precise. She made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing 👏 job! Thanks Katie!!!
