Be very careful Dennis is a aggressive person. The whole family will gang up on you. Also doing some research the units are not code compliant. A single layer of drywall in between units is not fire safe. He will also charge you random fees and if not paid he will threaten to lock you out of your unit till paid. Which is illegal as well. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU RENT FROM HERE! I wouldn't ever do busy again with Zblweskis.
My contract explicitly stated that the lock would be placed in the unit sometime in the morning. I drove hours to arrive at 3:00 PM, only to find no lock and no preparation done whatsoever. When I raised a legitimate complaint about the contract not being honored, instead of resolving the issue or apologizing, the owner, Dennis, called me directly and behaved in an absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional manner.
