My contract explicitly stated that the lock would be placed in the unit sometime in the morning. I drove hours to arrive at 3:00 PM, only to find no lock and no preparation done whatsoever. When I raised a legitimate complaint about the contract not being honored, instead of resolving the issue or apologizing, the owner, Dennis, called me directly and behaved in an absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional manner.
