Good for the price! Beautiful location, and chairs/tables are provided. Definitely “vintage” and perhaps needing some fresh paint, but that comes with the territory of any older beachfront property. You get what you pay for, though! My mom rented the Zbierski House for my baby shower, and I will definitely rent it for parties in the future.
Mildew .the paint is peeling. The inside smells like mold. The roof in in the floor the house is hit ..not good for no one this is against the heath department code. In dangerous. Conditions. I cancel pay whit cash and debit card .have to wait to my money 10 days....bad
