The technician called to let us know he was on the way. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He was thorough, but he made the repair in a timely fashion. He was friendly and extremely polite.

Zbest Heating & Cooling did a great job replacing our hot water heater. It was really old and all the water wouldn't drain out of it. So they had to haul the 75 gallon tank up a flight of stairs from the basement and didn't complain or make a fuss. They were polite and friendly and finished the job quickly. I am glad we signed up for the yearly check-up, it gives me peace of mind.
Had a leak in a 2 inch pipe, another major company promised to repair it, then backed out. Zbest Heating & Cooling came in installed peck plastic pipe and repaired the problem. Most of the work was in a crawl space under the home. If you need Heater or AC work done don't be tricked by fancy commercials. Hire these true professionals and you be happy with the end product.
This heating and cooling service is the best! They were able to resolve my issue quickly and provided excellent customer service throughout the process.
