After years of several failed IVF attempts with other IVF clinics, a friend recommended Florida Fertility Institute, as she got pregnant on her first IVF attempt with Dr. Sanchez 6 years prior. I had an Essure reversal in September 2014. My tubes scarred back closed within 6 months. I developed stage 4 endometriosis. The PET fibers were not in the coils Dr. Zbella gave me post-op. Dr. Zbella didn't mention my prior problems with Essure in my surgical notes and my insurance company will not reimburse me the $6000 I paid for the surgery without his mention of my prior issues. I called to ask them to amend my surgical report to contain these facts and was yelled at by his office manager.
