I am a 73 year old male.i was referred to Dr. Zazulak for a problem with something causing irritation in my left eye. The doctor examined my that eye and stated he could find nothing. He then had me do a peripheral vision exam which is unrelated to the problem. That test came back fine but cost hundreds of dollars. The total bill was many hundreds of dollars with no answer as to what was irritating the left eye. Jack Van Dusen
Dr. Zazulak is professional, thorough and kind. Have been a patient for many years. Courteous and conscientious staff. Highly recommend.
