Came in for a cut and color correction for a 6 month+ old box dye job with Alexa. After two visits 10+ hours total, and over $250 later, I am left with a mediocre cut, the same color, and dry and dull hair two weeks later. Which was interesting because I was reassured over and over the health of my hair is top priority, and would not be compromised. Also: there were statements made about a staff member at Zazu Hair by the stylist which sounded familiar to a different review on here. Avoid.
