James is the BEST stylist EVER. He has attention to detail and pride in his work. I love every single haircut and colour he has done. He always knows the best cutting techniques and styling tips. He can never leave!!!!
Ken always does an excellent job with my haircut, very talented at his craft. and the ladies at front desk are always very welcoming and kind.
The salon is nice and the staff are professional. The stylist was friendly, but he was not what I expected. I explained very clearly what I wanted, even showed him a picture, yet he either didn’t understand or didn’t know how to do it. After an hour, when I looked at my hair, I couldn’t believe it—it was nothing like what I asked for. So disappointed. I will never go back. Update: Today I had a redo haircut, and he really listened and tried his best to give me the style I wanted—and you know what? He succeeded :)
