I am extremely disappointed and horrified by the care my daughter received at this facility on March 27, 2025. She underwent an endoscopy/colonoscopy here and woke up mid-procedure, choking and in distress while causing her mouth piece to fall out. The anesthesia name Dr. Eneze Obuaya clearly didn’t give my daughter enough sedation for this 20-30 minute procedure. This is completely unacceptable and traumatic. I had a colonoscopy at Zazen Surgery Center, and my experience was excellent. The nurses, assistants, staff, anesthesiologist, and the doctor himself provided outstanding care. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Everything was done within the scheduled timeframe, and the attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. I truly appreciate the high-quality service and care I received. Highly recommended!
Excellent! I had my colonoscopy today and I could not have asked for better!. From the day it was scheduled until today, when I left the clinic after the successful procedure, everything was explained and detailed to me. Staff is amazing!! Front office and nurses are very professional and courteous, kind and compassionate.
