I first contacted Zaza Motors in early October 2025 to purchase a Jaguar listed as a 2016. We secured financing through Capital One, and the dealership shipped the car to me. I was told the $500 shipping fee was included in the price, yet the delivery driver required payment upon arrival. When I notified Zaza Motors, they agreed it shouldn’t have happened and said they would reimburse me, but they never did.
