I'm so disappointed. My grandchildren's fries were old and cold. They tasted awful. Three meals on 12/27/25 around 7:30/8:00pm. It'd been a long day and we were tired. I'd never received substandard food at any Zaxby's.
I have had very terrible experience at this store my dasher waited 20 minutes for them to help him and ended up canceling the pick up my second dasher waited 15 minutes to be helped and I got cold food and had to call support and they said the store may have been busy but clearly it’s them not giving delivery orders to the drivers right away so I tested it my self and ordered pick up and come to find out they don’t pay no mind to the door dash if customer picking up or driver you going wait a very long time to be helped so I... read more
