It's a hit and miss, sometimes its great and others it's not.
This is honestly the best Zaxbys I’ve been to in years. The interior and tables were clean, the food was good, hot, well seasoned fries. Ice in the machine, drinks weren’t flat. I went in with a table of 5 just before a lunch rush of 15 came in and us and the large party all had their food in under 10 minutes. Staff were also very polite and quick. I wish more fast food places were like this location
Don’t ask for free water, Zax sauce is worth
