It's geting remodeled
This was my first time visiting Zaxby’s, and unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations. The restaurant felt run down and not very clean, especially the bathrooms which were uncomfortably dirty. The two staff members I interacted with seemed uninterested and gave the impression that customers were more of an inconvenience than anything else. On top of that, the food was disappointing. Both the chicken and the toast were overcooked. Based on this experience, I’ll be sticking with Raising Cane’s moving forward.
Absolutely great service and food was excellent as usual.
The place, including the parking lot, is filthy dirty!!! Broken soda machine. I could not believe how dirty this restaurant was!!! The food was terrible.
