Just ate at Zaxby's an the chicken fingers were perfect an the service was fast an easy
They tried to tell us that we made a mistake even though they clearly did and we had to wait 20 minutes for them to make our order cause they gave it to someone else. It was absolutely ridiculous. One of us got our food so it was cold by the time we got home.
If I could give a negative 10 review, I would. I have never in my life experienced what I did tonight waiting for food that I ordered at 11:17PM. I drove 15 minutes out to pick up two mobile orders. I received my order only to have to prove that the order that was handed to me was incorrect. It was missing a chicken sandwich. It turned out to be a Door Dash order with my name. Definitely could have been cleaner. The drink station a mess. Counter needed to be wiped down. Lids and straws needed to be organized. Trash was everywhere on the drink station. For minute you had to look carefully at what you were picking up.
