Drive-through was horrible, they had to ask me multiple times to repeat my order, I speak perfect English. They triple charged my debit card and my gift card balance was used as well but did not go towards my bill. Gift card showed zero after this as well. I got a statement from my bank, brought it in, the manager behind the counter said it I was charged in error and his manager/owner also said I was owed money back. They still refused to issue me a refund. I would strongly advise not to visit at this location.

No napkins. This may seem small but customers get their food and ask for napkins and the lady at the counter ignores them. After the 2nd customer, I asked a little loudly for these two other customers’ party…plus us. Come to find out..they are out! How do you eat finger food with no napkins? And the manager told us to get paper out of the bathroom and laughed.

This Zaxby’s consistently delivers, and a big part of that is the leadership from Angela. Every visit feels organized and calm, even when it’s busy, which tells me someone competent is steering the ship. Food is hot, orders are accurate, and the staff actually seems happy to be there—rare these days. Angela clearly sets the tone, and it shows in the service and overall experience.
