We ordered through the app, for delivery. The fried fingers were over cooked, as in unedible, too chewy, not hot. The wrap was supposed to be drizzled with teriyaki sauce. The sauce was poured on, not drizzled. There needs to be an option to serve the sauce(s) on the side. And last but not least - PAY ATTENTION to the requests within each order. Zaxbys use to be my favorite place to get chicken strips. Went today and was so disappointed, they had changed the coating on the chicken and now it’s just like all the other average chicken.
