On 5/25/26, I placed curbside order at 3:34 with pickup time of 3:45. Checked in online at curbside at 3:40 (early). Checked in again at curbside at 3:50. After waiting a full 10 minutes from pickup time, I went into the store at 3:55 to see my order sitting on the shelf getting cold, I asked for fresh fries and left. Of course by the time I got home, the chicken and wings were all cold and I had to reheat it all in the air fryer.
