I had a really frustrating experience at the Bremen Zaxby’s on 5/31 at 1:35pm. I stood there waiting for my order for what felt like forever, only to find out it had been placed on the pickup shelf and someone else had taken it. When I finally asked about my food, the employees just shrugged and said, “Guess someone else took it.” The manager was rude, seemed completely unconcerned, and offered no apology or sense of urgency. The last few times I have been to this location I have been pleasantly surprised by the service and the quality of food. I do hate the remodel though. (I miss the signage and decorations that used to be on the walls) Please keep up the good work! Remains to be one of my favorite fast food options.
I used to love this Zaxbys but that last couple of times I went it's gone downhill. Did a mobile tonight and after waiting 20 minutes I got handed a melted milkshake. I asked if it could be remade because it was melted and the lady at the drive thru window said no it is what it is. Then when I got home my order was wrong. It's sad that this location has gone downhill so much. It was one of the last good places to eat in Bremen.
