They were very stingy with the portions of our food. Also the lady who took our order was RUDE and kept rushing us. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!
I went to Zaxby's last night to get my mom a surf and turf box and cheesecake bites. The cheesecake bites were hot and delicious. Unfortunately, the surf and turf box was half open and it looked like somebody bit a piece out of the bread, which is awful. It wasn't hot and fresh. I had to park and wait for a meal that wasn't even hot and fresh. Another bad experience. Will not be going back. I didn't leave a review the first bad experience, but I had to on this trip.
This is only my first visit so I don’t know how consistent this location is but our visit couldn’t have been any better. Clean facilities and good fresh food! This also might be the first time I’ve ever seen a Coke freestyle machine with every flavor available!
Omg so horrible they had 7 people in the parking lot waiting on food why they was in there hanging out and taken brakes some manger needs to be brought into this place and get it together !
