My food was amazing and Paytan was so helpful! I had never been to Zaxby’s before and she made sure I had a great experience and got food I would love! Will definitely be back!
I witness the manager rhea speaking disrespectfully to a staff member in front of customers. We also waited forever for our food. The long wait and the way the staff member was treated made us feel uncomfortable and ruined our meal. I hope the restaurant address the manger and the customer service and improve the kitchen efficiency. Im unlikely to return unless the changes are made.
