Came into this location and every table was dirty the drink machine was COVERED in soda, and i tried the tea and it was sour and stunk, I realized it was 3 hours past its hold time and I told the cashier the tea was expired and he told his manager and I over heard her just giving the poor kid attitude about how its not expired and how I should mind my own business, I will not be back
Gross. The food was fried in ancient grease. Everything tasted terrible and was dark brown. Zaxbys has been sliding downhill for years. I am finally done for good with Zaxbys. Someone please bring a Guthrie’s to Shelby county! Revisited today 9-5-25. It still sucks. I’d take the last star if possible.

Eat here for lunch today and Nalah was aweso.e! She was super sweet, greeted us with a smile and even suggested a drink when I forgot to order it with my meal. It's so rare these days to get such friendly service from someone at a fast food place and I was so impressed with her attitude. Thank you again, Nalah!!!
