My son commutes from Savannah to the statesboro campus for school. He eats at this zaxbys at least 3 times a week. This morning while he was eating food in the dining area zaxbys had his vehicle towed. They didn’t even ask him if it was his. It was parked in a zaxbys customer spot while he was eating there. SMH. I’ve gone into this place three separate times. The first time it was crazy busy the second time and the third time it was completely open. There are like no people there and all three times they didn’t get my order right and messed it up with someone else’s, they’re playing with my goddamn toast and my seasonings man.

I ordered a 4 chicken finger plate with double fries. It took 20+ minutes to get my food and then when I open my box the tenders look nasty as hell and there was no seasoning on the fries period. I ordered them through the app with extra seasoning so why can’t the employees follow simple instructions of extra seasoning and they need to better with keeping the quality of their chicken consistent. Took over 20 minutes for a couple tenders. My fries weren’t seasoned and the toast was tough. Don’t even bother eating here. They don’t fully cook their chicken
