I ordered the new shrimp basket. The shrimp tasted burnt. The oil the shrimp was cooked in needs to be changed.
Had very bad luck at Zaxby's some years ago. No more. Late lunch or early dinner. Got a Cobb salad, the wife got Zen salad. Cobb was as good as any salad I ever had. Service lackadaisical and indifferent. Got fried chicken when I wanted grilled. So be it. Damn good salad. Will be back again. Great food but poor service still dictates a return visit
I tied to eat these wings and the were not etiable to hard to eat no one will answer the phone. So that I can speak with a manager
The website says the store closes at 10:30 as well as everything else. I paid for my food. The people at the restaurant blatantly ignore me in the drive through, at the window and in the store and after me trying to show them my order they tell me they don’t have an order for me. I show them the exact order and they finally tell me that they close at 10 despite the website saying otherwise and that I will be automatically refunded. Funny how you can refund my order when you told me it wasn’t in the system.
