Food was ok. Service was ok
Got order wrong. Gave us boneless wings instead of regular. Bathroom was less than clean. No ice in dining area dispensers. Felt rushed at counter, "We've never been there before." Won't be going back either. Fries were over seasoned. Good flavor just to much.
First, the customer service was extremely poor. The employee who took our order was rude and dismissive. On top of that, I watched her scratch her face by her mouth using the cups for our drinks, then drop several on the floor and place them back with the clean ones. She handled the cups with her bare hands by touching the tops of them all over in a very unsanitary way, which made me very uncomfortable.
