Honestly, one of the best places to eat and work! The staff is ultra friendly and diverse. The food is fresh the service was good. I love this restaurant so much!!
Every time I go in there the food is so on point I love it, and my food has never been messed up. The cashiers are so nice, I’ve never had a cashier be rude to me. Even when I called in my order no one has ever been rude to me. I love it here, I wish every fast food place was like this one.
This location is beyond terrible. They couldn't get an online order ready by the designated time, even though I arrived early and waited. I could have ordered in the Drive Thru and been gone in minutes, instead of waiting on my online order for 15minutes. When I called to request a refund, the rude manager on duty also tried to argue about them failing to have my order ready. The Zaxby’s in Sanford has the nicest staff possible. They immediately greeted me as I walked in, the cashiers and managers were very friendly and welcoming. The Cobb salad is always spot on when I order it and it only took a few minutes to receive my food. Will definitely be back again!
