I eat at this location every week sometimes multiple times due to close proximity to my work. This location used to be, in my opinion, the best location in the area with zero complaints. As of recently, the French fries have been absolutely horrendous. They are always soggy, limp and taste like they are very undercooked with the inside being pale and slightly firm instead of fluffy white. The fastest and most efficient location I've ever been to by far. This Zaxby's really has it together, lady at the drive through was super nice and bubbly, food was perfect.
