I waited 40 yes 40 minutes on a salad. And some toppings were missing. However I am giving two stars because they offered me a drink and were nice
My experience at Zaxby’s started off pretty unpleasant. I specifically asked for fresh food, but what I received was clearly not fresh, which was frustrating. When I addressed the issue, the staff was rude and dismissive, which only made the situation worse. However, the manager really turned the experience around—she was kind, professional, and took my concern seriously. Ordered inside the restaurant. My order came back the wrong size. The drink machine was out of certain flavors. Order was corrected before I left. Staff was polite and did make sure the order was correct after mentioning issues.
