This zaxbys is my new favorite location because of one person. The gentleman that works there went above and beyond just to put a smile on our faces. He was cheerful and greeted us as we walked in, made contact with our group as we got seated, and made sure to be helpful all throughout our quick visit. As we ate, he was walking around doing the same to everyone there. Customer service is alive and well in this location, and I appreciate him so much!
