First time eating at a Zaxby's, the food was pretty good. Fries were fresh. The cashier Mary is awesome!! Very good atmosphere, I will definatly be back..
9-30-25 6:25 took 3 minutes to answer the mic with no line. Lady couldn't understand I wanted what is spelt out on the board "bufflo wing meal traditional" and substituted her own way of saying it referencing that I was wrong. And then also assumed I wanted buffalo sauce. She also forgot to give me a straw for my milkshake. Maybe im wrong but seemed like a manager. Should know better

Excellent team and quality customer service experience.
I order on the app for lunch and it’s almost always ready when I get there 5 mins later. Staff is friendly and food is great!
