Don’t order through the app. They just didn’t make the order despite speaking with employees multiple times. Not worth the time or hassle.
Ordered curbside. Arrived, parked, checked in with my curbside number....waited, waited, waited.... finally went inside and asked about my curbside order. The girl says 'it's right there' and pointed to the pickup shelf. That's it. No sorry, nothing! Great food but service is non existent tonight!
John a worker there is exceptional. He even noticed my husbands retired Marine shirt and thanked him for his service at the drive thru
First time eating at a Zaxby's, the food was pretty good. Fries were fresh. The cashier Mary is awesome!! Very good atmosphere, I will definatly be back..
9-30-25 6:25 took 3 minutes to answer the mic with no line. Lady couldn't understand I wanted what is spelt out on the board "bufflo wing meal traditional" and substituted her own way of saying it referencing that I was wrong. And then also assumed I wanted buffalo sauce. She also forgot to give me a straw for my milkshake. Maybe im wrong but seemed like a manager. Should know better
