I was very disappointed with this Zaxby’s experience. I’m always bragging about how much better the food and restaurants are when we travel through North and South Carolina compared to back home in Maryland, so this was definitely not what I expected. We were passing through and stopped for a quick bite on Thursday evening during Labor Day weekend. First, there was no ice, and only one drink flavor was working on the soda machine. As soon as you walk into the establishment, you can see dirty floors. The floor near the fountain drink area, was very wet to where I almost slipped TWICE. I brought it to someone’s attention and it still was not mopped. The wet signs were nowhere near that area. The counters were all sticky and wet. I also had ordered a chicken quesadilla and it came out really cold. I had ordered a Chicken Fajita quesadilla at first but they ran out of peppers and then proceeded to give me my other quesadilla cold and uncooked.

It was very busy and seemed a little dis organized. It was the longest wait I have ever had there. Typically it is very fast. They were working as hard as possible...no lagging, just seemed over whelmed.
