store had a pull over to wait for our order (two 4 piece fingers), no issues. After about 20 minutes time, food was handed to us. Incorrect food, but it happens. Bring it back in to get it remade, and the other customer that got our order came in. Cashier took both foods back, and just swapped them to hand it back out. All the food was then cold, only reason we realized, as it came out so fast from the back it should have been atleast hot. Ordered online for a “quick pickup”. 4 people passed me in the drive thru line and I sat and waited for 25 minutes just for two small meals that shouldn’t take more than 7-8 minutes to make

Greetings, my fellow food connoisseurs, this Zaxby’s location in Lexington was splendid. To start, I really loved the outside and the design of the space, how the restaurant looks like it's a barn, which gives an added Southern feel to the space. I ordered a regular chicken-finger plate for a very friendly price of $11.50, which included five tenders, toast, fries, a drink, and Zaxby's sauce.
