Tried the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. VERY GOOD! Had friendly service as well
I had a very disappointing experience due to the behavior of the manager, Sarah. I came through the drive-thru and ordered a bacon ranch quesadilla. When I opened the box, the food was cold and soggy. Since the dining room was closed, I went back through the drive-thru to request a remake. Sarah refused to remake the food because I did not immediately have my receipt, despite the fact that I had just gone through the drive-thru and still had the untouched food in the original Zaxby’s bag and box. Got extra food today! Gave us the wrong order but they can't take it back so we had extra chicken tenders and a grilled cheese.
Nothing special. You could do the same thing with regular fingers from the store and make them at home for less cost. Service was good.
