My first and last time at Zaxby's Fort Myers! I placed an order in their app for curbside pick up. As soon as I placed the order, I pulled into space 3 for curbside pickup, clicked "I'm here" in my order confirmation email, as directed by the app. I put the appropriate space number and waited. I was sitting there about 10 minutes, watching car by car go through the drive thru, wondering what is taking so long? The food was delicious and served hot and fresh. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were so kind. I’ll definitely be back soon.

My husband and I stopped here while on vacation and had a very disappointing experience. The drive-thru cashier was extremely rude and unwilling to answer simple questions about the menu. The interaction was so unpleasant that we asked them to cancel our order and decided to take our business elsewhere. I hope management sees this review because customer service plays a huge role in a customer’s experience. Unfortunately, the service we received was unacceptable and left a very negative impression.
