I ordered a Big Zax snack meal and they left off the chicken. I went back, and they acted like I was a criminal, and I had to "thank them" for getting my meal correct. All of the employees looked at me like I had robbed them blind! This is ridiculous! I go to this place a lot, but I definitely will not recommend them to anyone.

After getting off to a rocky start because my favorite Zaxby’s chips are not available if you walk in and order, only if you have the app and order them for whatever reason corporate thought that was a good idea, we experienced another bump in the road. Apparently, wings is now a word that can also mean nuggets. Wings and Things had to be sent back for traditional wings, actual chicken wings.
