The lobby was closed, but I guess that was our fault, but when we were going through the drive through a worker gave us the bird!!!!!!!!! And I don’t mean the chicken. I feel very deeply offended and I will definitely not be coming back.✌️ *update* we paid for two 4 finger combos but they only gave us three!!!
My boys and I love Zaxby’s and decided to stop at this one on our way back home. It was very disappointing. The staff was rude, they didn’t get our order correct, and the food itself was just bad. I’m not usually one to leave a poor review, and it’s just Zaxby’s after all, but man! It was just so disappointing. There is a Checkers right across the street and I’d recommend going there instead.
If you people keep on skipping steps just to push your food out faster I'm going to start posting pictures of the massive amounts of oil I'm throwing up due to your unprofessionalism if this happens enough times I'm suing, just because your chicken is juicy does it mean it's servable, make your food right just because you're short staff doesn't mean you get to skip stuff and endanger People's health, maybe treat people better and pay them right and your business wouldn't be right at the four Star point management is failing ... read more
