The food is good but be careful when paying. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! I first had issues with paying on the key pad outside. Get to the window and was told it didn’t go through and to pay again just for both transactions to post. Went back and they tried it again. I refused. Luckily they had already handed me the food but kept the drink that I paid for. Now, they will charge you for a large combo without asking if you want to upgrade. This is not the best location to eat at. Oakwood is the best hands down. I placed my order online I get to drive through the staff is singing using profanity with the manager standing there. My food was cold the lemonade is old. This will be my last time coming here. I am very disappointed. It was not busy at all. 11:33 am
i typically don’t write reviews, but this after this encounter i had to. i was helped by this young lady i believe named emma. i have never had such a positive experience in fast food before. the way we locked eyes when she handed me my wings and things makes me want to only ever go to this zaxbys
Ordered a Cobb salad without onions and without tomato’s. Got home and I have tomatoes but no egg. Y’all can do better!
