Ordered fried chicken house salad. Got a ble cheese house salad. Did not see it until I was 30 minutes back at work. Not only out the 12 bucks but out of lunch for today. Burlington strikes again.
My experience was horrible today I went through the drive through today and just like any other time I ask for sauce on my loaded fries the woman attendant Bria in the drive through who usually takes orders is extremely rude and rushes you when placing an order. She claimed she didn’t hear me when I made sure I paused so that they can hear me instead of apologizing she said I didn’t hear you say that. All that to say please hire people with great customer service because she was very rude.
If I could give zero stars I would. Took my order then made 2 other orders for people who ordered take out and over 10 orders came up for drive thru just to be told she was waiting on fries. Meanwhile the cook made some guy food for free and 15 minutes later my 4 Chechen tenders and fries were ready. I watched the lady continue to move my name to the back of the list before I even said anything.
service could be better . food was good enough . atmosphere was lane. floors and bathrooms need attention . just a kind of dirty feeling
