Pretty disappointed in my service on Saturday night 8/9. The girls working evening shift were horrible. Sorry attitude, talks about their customers, curse under their breath and just downright rude. As a business owner I wouldn’t personally want this working for me, and as someone interested in moving to the area this left a sour taste in my mouth. But food was overall decent but for “cook to order” at 8:45 at night because they “close in a hour” it was not at all what you’d expect pretty disappointing all the way around.
Ordered on line, ended up waiting about 30 min after I parked. Food was cold, and didn’t get the correct drink with my order……very disappointed
Workers standing outside while lobby getting full with customers. Employees acted like they didn’t want to work. Chicken tenders smell like Marlboro red cigarettes. Staff is unprofessional. I ate at a lot of these locations and this one is the worst. Not a single table has been wiped down either.
