I posted one review which was taken down showing how they never put the sauce of the chicken bacon ranch and my kids wanted some zaxbys and once again for the third time no sauce...do y'all just hire anyone?? Seriously??The manager Carly doesn't leave a message when you do complain so you won't call back nor tries to call you back. This place has went downhill it's awful. Went twice. Got the same thing twice. 3 Bacon ranch fries extra ranch and cheese. Both times barely anything on there. I pay extra for stuff not to even get normal amount. Crazy. Carly called but didn’t leave a message to even let me know she called. I called and she wasn’t there nor did she try to call me back to try to make it right. I shouldn’t have to chase down someone to make sure that this was corrected, and is still not corrected. Crazy.
Craving chicken after all my failings earlier. I came here before I realized they don't have just regular chicken.They only have wings. I ordered cheese curds and a chicken sandwich. They put my curds in the bag, another customer came in, place their order and got their meal before I did. Then, they put my sandwich in the bag, I left and is anyone surprised that my curds were ice cold by then. Very disappointing trip to town and I'm forty minutes away.
