They have messed up on my last 4 online orders. They don't pay attention or just do not care.
Placed a mobile order on 3/9/25 for two 5 pc traditional combos and a cob salad. Picked up the order and made it home… fries where OLD AS HECK! So I called the restaurant to let them know that I was bringing it back and that I would like my order made fresh. Waited maybe 10-15 mins for my order, made it home again and wings were tough and lukewarm and fries were STILL disgusting! Fresh does not mean reheating the wings… I will not be back to this location. I love Zaxbys but the food at this location was terrible! Wasted $30+... read more
