Came for lunch and went to the drive through. A lady was just sitting there not even at the box. I was TOLD by staff through the drive through box that I can't cut in front of people and refused to serve me. Then laughed in my face because I was upset. I will never ever step foot in this Zaxby's again. May want to rethink your staff...... Refusing to serve a guest for "cutting" someone just sitting and texting. Pretty shitty.

Placed on online order at 8:40 pm .told 858 it would be ready .arrived at the store at 858pm to have the doors locked and forced to sit thru the drive thru.By the way all signs and website said open till 10.935 pm before I could receive my food for it to be cold and told there’s nothing they can do about it! No costumer service whatsoever!manager acts like a toddler. Food for my dad whom had been in the ER to get cold food ! NEVER WILL RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! food was also terrible.

If I could give this location a negative number I would today. I was to dine in, I watched Unemploy finish eating, his meal, decided to put his hand down to pull up his underwear and then his jeans and went behind the counter and grabbed his apron to go back to work.
