I asked for 2 loaded fries and I know they heard me and the cashier claims that it didn’t ring uo so they had to charge me twice which pissed me off. I’m done doing business with them. Plus they never let me use my QR code in the drive thru but I see plenty of them use it. Plus the food is nasty. EVERY time we order dinner here I wait for over an hour to get my food!!! This is not an exaggeration. It was 37 mins wait just to place an order tonight... Then I waited longer to get the actual food. I've waited to leave a review thinking maybe they had an off night but no .... It happened numerous times now. The food is good but not worth the wait anymore. I'd rather drive to the other Zaxby's by the interstate. It'd be faster at this point. Who wants to wait that long for "fast food".
