Live out of town and don’t have any Zaxby’s around. Visited here on 8/3/25. Food was hot and juicy. Zax sauce was yummy. Customer service was good. Prices are decent considering fast food prices have gotten ridiculously high! Would come back if passing through town again.
Got some seriously wilted lettuce in my salad today.
I ordered a milkshake and didn’t get any of the extra toppings I bought. Nor the whip cream.
Foods good, but everytime I bring my intellectually disabled clients in here we’re met with the same red head who is incredibly rude, and disrespectful to my clients. There’s not been one time where we haven’t dealt with her that she hasn’t completely disrespected them without them even truly understanding which makes the situations even sadder at hand.
