This establishment is a disgrace. Waited 20 minutes for food with no line and didn’t get half of the stuff I ordered!
We have gone here several times recently. Tonight the toast was just unwarmed unbuttered bread in a container and they left off a side item we ordered. I watched the register person check the order several times before they gave it to me to take to go. I figured after checking my order against the receipt at least three times I saw that they could get the order right. The last 3 times we have gone to this Zaxby's we have had similar issues. Cannot recommend.

Chicken fingers were good, fries were soggy, traditional wings were tiny.
