I was rushed through the ordering. When i asked for a missing item I was told “you didn’t order it”. Friendly customer service is not understood or practiced here.
Employees sitting on the countertop hardly can speak to customers, I usually go there weekly, but I will no longer support this store at all. I don’t know if y’all don’t have any managers anymore or Zaxby’s just doesn’t care. It’s truly sad y’all need to hire all new staff. This is ridiculous. I’m guessing I see why everyone used to drive-through Why are you even go inside? It’s like pulling teeth to get the employees to speak.
