My husband and I came by last night. We ordered a drive thru pick up through the zaxbys app. When we got to the speaker we told the lady we had a drive thru pick up order then proceeded to the window. The lady at the window asked us to pull up to the side door so we did. There was a car in front of us who was also sitting, waiting for their order which did eventually come out after a few minutes.
