I went through the drive thru and the worker at the window was VERY rude to me, they overfilled my milkshake and it spilt and I wasn't able to drink it at all. Zaxbys, train your workers again and do better

I wouldn’t say I’m a big fan of Zaxby’s, but I do like their chicken finger tacos. I tried them on a whim, and you’d actually be surprised how good they are. Other key takeaways: the staff is polite and the restaurant is clean; I know these things are to be expected, but you wouldn’t believe how often you run into folk who don’t care like they’re not at work, especially in fast food. Their salads, chicken, and that manager, Danielle, is awesome!!
I was rushed through the ordering. When i asked for a missing item I was told “you didn’t order it”. Friendly customer service is not understood or practiced here.
