Best Zaxby’s and best management by far, coming from a longtime customer. Been coming here for 5+ years, but even more so now that birthday cake shakes are back. The employees are always understanding and the food is always perfect; for the first time ever today they forgot something on my order but a MGR reached out to remake it for me same day. Veterans day meal was just their signature sandwich. However, they served it with smile and a genuine appreciation. Very nice!!!
Beware of water charge, absolutely absurd! I ordered food on the mobile app and couldn't find an option for water. Chick-fil-a has this option for a free medium water. I decided I will just order at the drive thru. I told them my name for mobile order and asked for a water. I got some change out because no figures there would be a slight charge, imagine my surprise when the young lady said $2.77. Where did the Tacos 🌮 go. They were delicious. Had to settle for a Cobb salad which is always good. Still though...Bring back the tacos!
