I had the pleasure of meeting Breelyn tonight and she was hands down the nicest girl I’ve ever received service from in from what I can remember as my entire life. Went by on Sunday little after 6pm and the doors were locked i left came back around 8pm and doors were still locked this is not good customer service.
Placed a mobile order, had to correct them on the number of drinks. They proceed to hand me half of my order and try to tell me that was everything. Had to go in and show them what I needed. They start to remake it but realize they just left my food unbagged when I came to pick it up. Then in the scramble to make sure I had my food I didn’t realize they didn’t give me all the extra sauces that I paid for. Never puts any sauces in when I order and pay for them. Has happened numerous times now. It gets annoying to double check everytime I go through the drive through.
