I'm taking a star off my original review, because nothing has changed. The lady with the eye patch that works the drive through every time I'm here has ZERO customer service skills. It's like she's bothered that we interrupted her day to order some chicken! Furthermore, last time I was waiting 10 long minutes at the window, like is always the case at this location, she actually tried to get me to buy a bunch of jewelry she'd made. I came through drive-thru to order my food. Allana served me she was very polite and down to earth. She made this experience one that’s worthwhile. Her customer service skills are immaculate. I’m definitely returning soon!!! I’m so grateful and the food was also fresh and well seasoned. She went above and beyond to accommodate me & I will never forget that. There is a lady who works at this location - I do not know her name, but she has a patch over one eye - that is phenomenal. She is always super friendly and calls you names like "Love" and "Gumdrop." She even complimented my bracelet today. Food is always fresh, although it may take a while, but it's worth the wait if you ask me. Especially when that particular employee brings the food to my car with a smile and a laugh! Thanks for making my day, sweet lady at Zaxby's!
