This was my third time here. The first two times were a little disappointing. This time was good. Food tasted fresh. Fries were delicious. Chicken was delicious. Come slaw was decent. The service was excellent. Special sauce was good. The service was what won me over.
Overcharged and charged for things I did not order. Menu prices did not reflect what I was charged on my receipt. After I placed my order I told the employee at the window that my order total did not sound right. She repeated the order to me but then brushed off my concerns about price. I did not see the problem until after my card had been run and I received the receipt. #1: Receipt says that I ordered 2 large fries at $2.59 each. Worst Customer service staff doesn’t even know what they have on the menu or what is in the menu ordered buffalo dip and I forgot the chips having a party and then I have to go the store and buy chips. The worst Customer service ever ever I was in the drive-through and you could hear the employees talking about the people that were sitting in the lobby that’s very very rude also they were talking also they were talking about people you could hear them talking about people in the drive-through
