I’m doing this review simply because if The corporation not right then their franchises can’t be right on two different occasions they did my order wrong the first time they had me waiting for approximately 10 minutes before they came and told me that it was gonna be a 15 minute wait on my order mind you I am already the first person in line so I state why didn’t no one tell me that prior to taking my money and I’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes already waiting on my food They gave me the money back for one order but my o... read more
Okay, we love Zaxby’s, but this is just wrong. We placed an online order, and we were actually in a rush at this time. WHY do you still have to go through the drive through even though it’s a curbside pick up? That doesn’t even make sense and it shouldn’t even be a thing. We still got our food, but it took over 20 minutes.
Had a drive thru order, Lady told me to pull in to the curbside parking for my food. so minutes go by and I pull in the drive thru once more and she looked to have completely forgot about me and have an attitude giving my food… terrible service and my food is cold
Leslie helped me today and was absolutely terrific she was so kind and went above and beyond to show me true customer service she kept a kind conversation and was still quick with my needs safe to say everyone that works here is fantastic I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue here and if I’m ever missing an item they are quick to deliver with a smile they are great here!
