I did an online order for my family when I got to the Newport location to pick up the craziest thing happened, I got robbed by zaxbys. Really Alexander City, AL Zaxbys?!! It's bad enough that we had to pull up and wait almost 20 minutes for cold food, only to get home and find this!! $20 wasted!! I find it very unbelievable that you didn't see the bun and bacon were burned when you put it on the plate. Supposedly we had to pull up and wait because the chicken was cooking, which doesn't make sense since the chicken was cold. My daughter got the 3 piece snack and fries which were cold. skinny blond hair hailey is verbally abusing costumers because she’s lazy and doesn’t want to do her job. Also if hailey has problems with someone outside of work she tells them to “pull up to zaxby’s by ghs” so she can fight (physically hurt someone) this is absolute disgusting toxic childish behavior. she needs to be fired.

2nd time this week I’ve had bad service through drive through at Easley store. I was charged for item I didn’t order with wrong drink given after verifying. And then they did not know how to refund on my debit card. Shift manager finally made it up front and they just gave me cash back. 3rd bad review I’ve left in 2 weeks. Sign of the times.
