On 9/18 we pulled up to the drive through at 9:52 pm. They close at 10:00pm. A girl comes on the speaker and says “WE CLOSED!” then a teenage boy started laughing hysterically over the mic like it was so funny. I said “It’s not 10 yet and she replied “WE STILL CLOSED!” The next day we called and told the manager. I’m sure nothing happened. Parents please give your kids home training. If they are not willing to work please stop sending them to these establishments. KEEP THEM HOME WITH YOU!

This location is the worst Zaxbys in GA and should be closed down permanently. They cant even make chicken right. I told a female employee I was using Apple Pay to pay for my food and got smart with me saying "I know you're using Apple Pay" and snatched my phone out of my hand. These employees don't need to be getting physical / verbal with the customers.

Like if you didn't have a slice of tomato or piece of lettuce just say that instead of making my sandwich like this. And my fries were cold...at the light in front of the restaurant.

I’m so sick of Zaxby’s not properly training their staff. Young kids that are managers and one young light skin in drive thru that apparently has a problem. Gave my drinks covered in soda that I had to ask for my third drink, as well as napkins to wipe them off and left out my small fry. When I returned for it, (literally around the corner).
