Drive thru a little slow
This Zaxby’s was really good when they first opened up, I am not sure what has happened, but over the last month, I have come several times and gotten old food and have had to come back for fresh food. Tonight, after waiting in the drive thru for quite some time, I get home to see that they forgot to give me sauces for my food. This is annoying because the food is not as good without the sauces. I purchased the fried Zalad and egg rolls. The zalad did nit have enough greens and the chicken was cold. My egg rolls were missing from the order. I'm glad I checked before reaching my destination which was 30 minutes away. The price of 2 egg rolls were 4.59 which is ludicrous and they were not hot. Anyways, I had a taste for them and paid their price but never again. This is not my expectation of Zaxby's as I do frequent this chain regularly.
