I moved from Conyers to McDonough in March 2025 and we started visiting this Zaxby’s because my family loves it. This Zaxby’s has been ok but the last 2 times have not met expectations. Stop hiring these kids. I did a pick up order , waited 10 minutes and had to walk to the window to get my food. It was super slow yet everyone had time to be on their phones and make their own drinks.
Store forgot a $10 item off of my delivery order, then would not answer the phone when I called to inquire about it. Unacceptable when the money has already been spent.
So we pulled here after doing some Christmas shopping and it was only one other car in front of me so not busy at all. I live 6 minutes from this location I got home and let’s say this was a waste of my $40 we definitely could have ate elsewhere. I ordered wings and things. The wings were cold. The fries were cold and the bread was horrible like how does the bread taste stale. Total disappointment and waste of my money. More than likely will not return to this location.
