My husband went to grab a milkshake at 9:50 PM. Waited for 5 minutes just for an attendant to come and say the manager said they are no longer taking orders. You close at 10. Your hours are not suggested hours of operations. What’s the point of having business hours if you’re not going to keep them. If your manager wants to go home early then he needs to clock out early and not inconvenience paying customers.

The fries had seasoning on them!! Although I felt the lady wasn’t too excited about me asking for extra seasoning prior to knowing that. It was fresh, fast and good for a change. There was a guy at the register and couple ladies at the second window. I almost lost faith in Zaxbys before today.
Nope. Too busy and they can't handle it. I was there for almost an hour for a salad with no chicken (garden salad) and a Zax snack. Then when I received my salad it looked like this. Half eaten looking. 🤦🏾♀️ I thought I was being pranked. I parked and took it in and another customer said "that's some BS!" They "fixed" the salad but I doubt if I'll visit this location again.
