Love the Zensation Zalad!! Egg rolls!! Yummy!!
Ordered through drive thru. Ask for 2 sweet & spicy sauces for my shrimp order b/c I have an allergy to the zaxtail sauce(horseradish) I'm charged for 2 sweet & spicy sauces. I ask to verify again at the pick up window if the correct sauce is in the bag. When I get home, there is ranch & zaxtail sauce in the bag and NO sweet & spicy.
I come to this zaxby’s because it’s by my house. Everytime I do curbside I have to go in to grab my food. And that is after waiting at least 15 mins for my food. And there is no one in the drive Thur line. Once I go in and there is always people standing around and my food is just sitting on the counter. Once I tell them I have been waiting out there I get oh we were doing shift change or they thought it was pickup in store. Like I said the only reason I keep going to this one is because it’s right by my house.
