A lady came in asked for a refund for her food and the whole restaurant watched the manager (really big tall white guy) scream at her and refuse her refund. She called the cops and once the cop came in to talk to him he completely lied to the cop saying he offered her a refund and it could have been settled so easily. Absolutely disgusting behavior to yell at a paying customer and lie to the cops about it. Made her out to be the problem.
